GESS can assist clients with software for the use of Lidar cloud points and data manipulation. There are numerous skills requied to thin these point effectively without lossing accuracy.

GESS has done various project using Lidar data covering area such as green field projects, linear assets  like freeways, pipelines, transmission lines, urban roads as well as open cast mines, plant, factories and urban developement sites.

GESS has also tested this technology for Dam designs and locations. This type of survey can also be utilised to identify environmental issues, flood analysis for contours (dtm) and in conjunction with digital photgraphy for locating of mines etc....

GESS aslo sell the 3d design application for road, rail, site developments, mining on both the Bentley MicroStation and the Autodesk AutoCAD platforms. We can train, consult, customise these apllication to clients requirements as well as show them how to effectivly utilised LIDAR and HDS scan data in these environments.
