Recently, GESS completed a significant project involving the scanning of mining infrastructure within process plants over a span of five years. The subsequent steps included modeling the process plants and creating intelligent plant models. These digital twins were seamlessly integrated into an enterprise solution, allowing for online viewing, plant walkthroughs, and detailed analysis. 

• Point Clouds: The initial 3D laser scans resulted in detailed point clouds, capturing the precise geometry of the infrastructure.
• CAD Models: These point clouds were transformed into 3D CAD models, providing a structured representation of the physical assets.
• Intelligent Plant Models: By adding relevant attributes, such as equipment specifications, maintenance schedules, and operational data, GESS created intelligent plant models. These digital twins serve as powerful tools for process analysis, structural audits, and asset location tracking.

• Enterprise Integration: GESS specializes in identifying technologies that can cross-pollinate across various platforms within an enterprise. This integration optimizes the return on investment (ROI) of digital twins. Additionally, GESS has developed tools to manipulate datasets beyond design, catering to maintenance and operational requirements.
